the heart of England and close to the M42 motorway network enabling
easy access to most parts of the UK.
From the M42, turn off at junction 3 and head down the A435 towards
Redditch and Evesham. After approximately 3 miles, the dual
carriageway becomes a single carriageway. Continue for another half
a mile until you reach a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit
signposted A435 to Evesham, Studley and Alcester. Continue on this
road (A435) until you reach the next roundabout with the Barley Mow
pub on the right-hand side. Take the 2nd exit off the
roundabout, signposted B4092 Astwood Bank. Continue on the B4092
(Station Road) until the end. At the T-junction, turn right onto the
A448. After a few hundred yards, going down the hill, you will see
Jill Lane on your left and Green Lane on your right. Eagle House is
on the right-hand side, just after Green Lane, next door to Jewsons
timber merchants.
